Ayurveda suggests that drinking copper treated water on a regular basis can help in balancing the three doshas (Vatta, Kapha and Pitta) of the body on which the entire well-being of an individual relies. When water is stored in a copper utensil for extended hours, tiny particles of copper starts seeping into the water making it copper charged.
